Marc-Olivier Wahler
Marc-Olivier Wahler is since February 2006 director of Palais de Tokyo, site de création contemporaine in Paris.
From 2000 to 2005, he runs the SI (Swiss Institute – Contemporary Art) in New York.
In 1994, he co-creates the CAN (Centre d'art Neuchâtel) that he runs until 2000.
For fifteen years, he organised around two hundred exhibitions, including Transfert (art in public space) in Bienne (Switzerland) in 2000, Liquid Sky at the Frac Bourgogne (France) in 2003, Extra, Space Boomerang and OK at the SI and OKAY at the Grey Art Gallery NYU in New York in 2005.
As an art critic, he writes regularly about contemporary art, as well as Mike Tyson, stealth bombers, Hells Angels, quantum and mutants.
