Geneviève Favre Petroff
Geneviève Favre Petroff (*1978, Lausanne, Switzerland) studied in Geneva voice at the conservatory from 1997 – 1999 and art at the School of Visual Arts Geneva from 1996 – 2000. She produces interactive art spaces using song, colour and space rotations. To complete the intensity the artist uses coloured lights and flashes of light which ‘rhythmise’ the videos as material – it is in this sound/colour/video installation that the artist performs. Geneviève Favre Petroff is concerned with spaces sensitive to physical sensation that she sensitizes interactively with movement and voice.
