Angelika Nollert
Dr. Angelika Nollert first completed an education in the banking sector before studying history of art, archaeology and German literature at Würzburg and Munster Universities. She has worked for exhibition projects at various museums, among them Skulptur. Projekte in Münster 1997. From 1997 to 2000 she worked as curator at Portikus in Frankfurt/Main and led the 2001/2002 Documenta11 in Kassel. From 2002 Nollert was project manager for visual arts at the Siemens Art Program in Munich before becoming the director of the Neues Museum – Staatliches Museum für Kunst und Design in Nuremberg. Since May 1, 2014 she is the director at the Neue Sammlung in Munich.
