Oscar Tuazon

Oscar Tuazon (*1976 Seattle/USA) studied at the Cooper Union and the Whitney ISP in New York. In 2007 he won the Betty Bowen Award in Seattle. His sculptures are compositions of urban deposits and are made, among other things, of cardboard boxes, pallets and printing plates. Tuazon is engaged in questions of Survival as Lifestyle and the alternatives to an economical system when applied to the art scene.
